Ice Nine Kills & Skynd / Nottingham Rock City 12/06/2023

Skynd are an odd one for me, wasn’t sure if I would enjoy them, they have this persona, there’s very little crowd interaction but that fits in with how they present. Very talented musicians but their music is not something I can see myself listening too but I’m very glad I caught the chance to see them and people seemed very enthusiastic for them.

Ice Nine Kills absolutely smashed everything. They’ve come such a long way and they just seem to get better and better the more time goes on. Different props and masks for every song, dragging shower curtains out to stab people behind and actors to add to the horror effect. Their music is on point and just hits so much different live. The energy never stopped from start to finish, just an absolute showcase on how to command a crowd and put on a show!
